FBinsure, a Division of Patriot Growth Insurance Services, is looking for an experience and outgoing Commercial Lines Sales Producer to join their growing team! If you are a producer and you are looking for the training and support to launch your career to the next level, please read on!

This position is offered in a hybrid remote work capacity with the potential for fully remote after the training period is complete. FBinsure's main office is located in Taunton, MA, however, this position can be based out of any of their offices in Massachusetts.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and results driven. Responsibilities:

  • Performs activities to generate new business through community involvement, association events, networking opportunities, making phone calls, holding face-to-face meetings, and conducting presentations.
  • Develops a pipeline of potential clients by growing professional relationships and nurturing a solid referral base.
  • Manages the sales cycle from start to finish through active listening, negotiation, and closing new business.
  • Fosters a collaborative working dynamic with team members for effective communication and support throughout the sales process.
  • Conducts a policy review and engages with probing questions to develop a thorough understanding of the clients’ needs and recommend coverages.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with all agency stakeholders through positive interactions, effective communication, and ensures follow through of set expectations.

Requirements:

  • 1-4 years Commercial P&C Insurance Sales experience.
  • Valid Property & Casualty License.
  • Drivers License.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly motivated, results driven self-starter
  • High-level of interpersonal skills with a client-service focused mind-set.
  • Well organized and detail-oriented.
  • Quick learner that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and follow through on set expectations.
  • Solutions driven problem-solving skills and proven analytical skills.
  • Proficient with of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, & Teams.
